Now Hiring: Program Officer
Bedford Community Health Foundation is recruiting for a Program Officer. Part-time position (25 to 30 hours per week) reports directly to the Foundation’s Executive Director. In addition to overseeing the Foundation’s scholarship program, the individual will have accounting, website maintenance, and administrative duties. Excellent oral and written communications skills are required. The individual is frequently the first contact with the public and is responsible for covering the office phone. Responsibilities include assisting Board and Advisory Council members by disseminating meeting notices and support documentation. Ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. College degree preferred, some knowledge of healthcare a plus.
