Scholarship Application

for Nursing and Allied Health Scholarships for the 2010-2011 academic year from the Bedford Community Health Foundation.

Deadline for Application is June 1, 2011

Applications must be electronically submitted or a hard copy received at the Bedford Community Health Foundation Office by June 1, 2010. To print an application form click here. The office is located on the 2nd floor of the Bedford Central Library.

Scholarship winners will be notified by mail and are required to stop by the office to sign paperworkd before a check will be sent to the scholarship recipient's school. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM until 4:30 PM. All information provided on this application will be treated confidentially.
